Time for tea.

I point blank refuse to believe that any day that starts with a cup of tea this pretty can end up badly. I found these teacups in a chairty shop for £2 for the set of 4 and they were far to adorable to say no to. Theyve been used mostly for jelly at 2 friends tea parties, but i have a feeling could become candles in the not too distant future !

Not a crafty day here today, but productive none the less, iv found theres very little more satisfying than wandering down to the end of the garden

and seeing your vegetables growing. This coming from a lady who is a danger to potplants and shrubs alike, somehow our vege's this year are not only surviving but flourishing, i blame the handywork of one little miss greenfingers ! Looks like chutneys and jams for this years christmas pressies are go go GO ! Shall start saving jars !

Found a new crafty website today and have picked out 2 or 3 things to get busy on, this gorgeous girls pillowcase dress is a MUST, and as it only fits upto 18 months i better get craking asap i think if i want to make one wearable by little chunkette !

Id love to have a try at the matching mens shirt-to womens dress version but something tells me im getting a little ahead of myself lol

Im heavy into photography at the minute, and that coupled with my love of all that is retro, coming across this website was like hitting the jackpot for me. Sometimes you shouldnt ask why you should just sit back, flick through and chuckle about the things people do in the name of lego :)

No, but that doesnt mean i cant swoon at a gorgeous vintage frock on a sunday evening.

Im in a very girly mood tonight having spent half the night scouring through old bookmarks and old photos for the blog and coming across a few forgottern treasures.

Vintage Textiles is my new favourite haunt, it was the very first thing i put onto my favourites list when i got this computer a few years ago and its sat unlooked at for far too long until tonight ! Alot of it is way out of my price range but i can loose myself looking through the pages.

So here i am at chapter five in the creative journal that is my life.

Im just going to use this blog as a space to fill with all that inspires me and the outcomes of that inspiration whether it be a particular photo i want to try and recreate or another blog that iv found to follow or an interesting looking leaf weve found on our wanderings, beware the randomness that will proceed :)
